Who we are

What we collect
Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, and message, and optionally your organization, phone number, the service you're interested in, and your timeline.
Technical information. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and automated submissions; Turnstile does not use cookies for advertising.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that follow you across other websites.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to our business email through Cloudflare's email service. We use a small number of service providers — such as our web host and email provider — who process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact unless we are required to keep it longer. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
How we protect it
This site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections with modern security headers. Our business email is encrypted. Access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
Please do not send passwords, account numbers, or other sensitive information through the contact form.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing Kyle@JKLOConsulting.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
